Teaching systems to read, answer and even ask questions
To effectively work with humans, AI agents will need to learn to communicate with us. Language is the most natural communication channel between humans, whether written or oral. At Maluuba, we’re working toward a future where humans and machines interact naturally and intuitively. To achieve this, our team seeks to develop a literate machine: one that can think, reason and communicate like humans.
“We’re trying to develop what we call a literate machine: A machine that can read text, understand text and then learn how to communicate, whether it’s written or orally,” Kaheer Suleman, co-founder of Maluuba.
